Mobile Open source Thought leader/ Architect /Designer - Contract to permanent position - UK / Europe based

A company I know is looking for Mobile Open source Thought leader/ Architect /Lead designer level person. Europe/UK based.
Must be a thought leader/industry veteran with possibly more than 10 years experience with good communication skills
Android/Symbian/Linux considered.
Long term Contract /possible full time position .
